How:

  • Sit a little taller

  • Roll your shoulders back

  • Lift your chin slightly

  • Take one slow breath from that position

You're not acting confident. You're just giving your body a different message.

Why:

Replay mode collapses you inward — hunched, contracted, braced. Changing your posture interrupts that signal.
